Same day fix

Whether your business uses the internet to contact customers, connect with clients or create content, it’s important it keeps working. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, our same day fix bolt-ons will get you back up and running fast. Report the fault before 12pm and we’ll fix it that day. After 12pm, we promise to fix it before 12pm the next working day.

Connection monitored

We monitor your Lightstream full fibre connection to minimise downtime and detect any faults. Our local technical support team will carry out repairs remotely or arrange for an engineer to visit if that’s not possible. And our monitoring will give us key information to understand exactly what’s causing any faults.
