Important news about 118/197 numbers. Due to an increase in internet search engines and similar technology, KCOM has seen a significant decline in the use of 118/197 numbers and consequently, we have made the decision to terminate these services.
What does that mean?
We’re discontinuing our 118/197 directory enquiry service numbers, meaning they will no longer be supported as of 17th August 2024. We are issuing this notice on our website to give you the opportunity to identify alternative services
What happens next?
The directory enquiry numbers beginning in 118 and 197 will continue to work up until the 17th August 2024, after which they will be discontinued
