I'm already with KCOM. What are my options?

  • I'm an existing customer but my contract has come to an end (or is due to soon)
    If your contract with us has come to an end, then you will be able to easily renew your package with us again. You can either continue with the same broadband package that you're currently on, or, if you feel your needs have changed, you can upgrade or downgrade to a different speed.

  • I'm an existing customer within my contract term but I want to upgrade or downgrade my package
    If you're an existing customer and you are still within your contract term, you can still make changes to your plan if required. We understand that our customers' needs can change, so it is possible for you to either upgrade your package to a faster speed, or downgrade to a slower speed at any time within your contract.
