That’s why, from Sunday 15 July, we’re trialling extended opening times for both our customer services and technical support teams. Our customer services team will now be available on Sundays, as well as an hour earlier on Saturdays and later every weekday.
Our tech support team will be available to answer your calls for an extra hour every weekday. The team is also available on Twitter at @kcomcare 24/7 to help with any issues you’re having.
