Help to get online

Need help getting online? We hold free drop-in sessions on the first Tuesday of every month.

Our Learning Zone sessions help and inspire people to get online and learn digital skills. They are held in our Learning Zone on Carr Lane, in Hull city centre on the first Tuesday of every month.

What are the drop-in sessions for?

We'll be able to help with any technical issues such as setting up email on your phone or tablet, surfing the internet, and how to store photos on an online 'cloud'. These sessions are aided by our Digital Champions, who are on hand to help anyone who pops in.

"If you have a spare half hour, our Digital Champions will be on hand to show you how getting online could save you time, hassle and even money. Whether you want to get healthy, get connected, get a job or get a bargain, you could be doing it all - and more - online."

Brendon Smurthwaite, Community coordinator

When is the next session?

Sessions take place on the first Tuesday of every month from 9.30-11.30am at the KCOM Learning Zone.

Everybody's welcome and there's no need to book – you can just pop in and chat with our Digital Champions, who'll be more than happy to help.

Location: KCOM Learning Zone, 37 Carr Lane, Hull, HU1 3RE
