Pension
We offer an excellent Group Flexible Retirement Pension Scheme, where depending on the level of your own contribution (the minimum is just 1%), we’ll contribute up to 8%.
Holidays
You're entitled to 28 days’ statutory holiday per year plus bank holidays and you can buy up to five days holiday through Pick Your Own.
Life assurance
From day one, you'll receive life assurance cover to the value of four times your annual pensionable salary, and you can increase this if you wish via Pick Your Own.
