Connecting your Android device to the internet:
To connect your Android device to the internet, please follow this step by step guide:
To begin, locate the "
Settings" app:

Once you are in the app, you must then click on "
Network and Internet":

This will then lead you to the below screen, please click "
Internet":

Finally, select the
network you wish to connect too, input your password (if required), and you will be
connected!
Troubleshooting your internet:
Something to note
KCOM does not guarantee wireless connection. This is because there are many factors that come into play with a wireless connection. We do advise to go through our broadband troubleshooting flow to see if any of the guides will assist you with your issues. Your connection could be limited due to your package not being suitable for your needs. In this event, you can contact us for a package review.
Should you encounter any issues with your internet connection on your Android device, please try the following steps:
- Forget the network and reconnect your device
- Complete a powercycle of your router
- Complete our Broadband Troubleshooter, here.
Important Information
If other devices that are connected to your home network are working as they usually do, and it is just your Android device that is having issues with the internet, please contact the provider you purchased the device from, as this will be a device issue,
NOT a KCOM issue.
