Troubleshooting your internet:
Something to note
KCOM does not guarantee wireless connection. This is because there are many factors that come into play with a wireless connection. We do advise to go through our broadband troubleshooting flow to see if any of the guides will assist you with your issues. Your connection could be limited due to your package not being suitable for your needs. In this event, you can contact us for a package review.
Should you be struggling with a connection wirelessly with your windows device, please try the following:
- Forget the network and reconnect your device
- Complete a powercycle of your router
- Complete our Broadband Troubleshooter, here.
Important Information
If other devices that are connected to your home network are working as they usually do, and it is just your Windows device that is having issues with the internet, please contact the provider you purchased the device from, as this will be a device issue,
NOT a KCOM issue.
