Change of company legal status and name
Name change from KCOM Group PLC to KCOM Group Limited
Following our acquisition in August 2019 by MEIF 6 Fibre Limited and our subsequent delisting from the London Stock Exchange, we are now a private limited company.
As a result our name has changed from KCOM Group PLC to KCOM Group Limited.
