When will my Internet connection start?

If we've provided service at your address previously, your Lightstream or ADSL broadband service will normally go live 6 working days after completing your order.
If any outstanding engineering work is required, this could take longer and you may have to wait until the date of your engineer visit. You should be told about this when first ordering your service; but if you need further information, please contact us.
