My wireless details aren't on the label or I've forgotten them
If you cannot find your wireless details on a label or you've changed your details and forgotten them, you may need to log into your router to setup new ones. We have a guide here to help with this.
If your router wasn't provided by KCOM, please contact your router manufacturer for further help or have a look on their website.
