Introduction:

As you will have seen, KCOM are moving to become a Net Zero company. We are aiming to cut down our carbon emissions, in doing so we are promoting our paperless billing option! Our great "MyAccount" page is available to all of our customers, where you able to view your bills, make a payment and have an insight into what you use your broadband for on a daily basis! The price of our paper bills has increased by £1, to £2.50, a way to not feel this increase, is also by changing your settings to paperless billing. How to Log in to MyAccount:

  1. From the www.kcom.com/home website, click Log in.


     
  2. Input your details (Registered Email & Password):



     
  3. Should you not have an account, you will need to create one, by clicking "Register" as seen above; you will need the following to create your account:

Once you have an account, to go paperless, please follow the guide below.
 

How to set up Paperless Billing:


Once you have a MyAccount set up, you are able to set yourself onto paperless billing. When you have paperless billing, you will receive an email every month on your billing date, letting you know your latest bill is now uploaded and ready to view! You can find a step by step guide on how to set yourself onto paperless billing below:
 
  1. From the "home" page, select the "Settings" button on the left side of your screen.


     
  2. 4 drop down options will now appear, you need to select "Manage Accounts"


     
  3. This will take you to the page below, from here, you must then select the "Paper Bills:" button.


     
  4. You will then see the below pop up, you must then select "No, thanks". 


     
  5. Should this have worked, the below banner will appear at the top of your screen, meaning you are now set to Paperless Billing! 


     

What happens next?

From this point onwards, every time you receive a bill, you will receive this through an email. This will notify you "Your latest bill is now ready to view!". On your email, there will be a link to your MyAccount; as well as on option to download your bill as a PDF Document.

Should you wish to revert back to a paper bill, you are able to do so by following the above process, and selecting "Yes, Please" at section 4. 
 

Something to note

If you revert back to a paper bill, this will be charged at £2.50 per bill.
