Ways to receive your bill

Let's make sure you are receiving your bill how you want to receive it

Did you know that there is two main ways to receive your bill....
 

Paperless 


You can receive your bill online to your online account, you will receive an email every month when your bill is ready to view.

In here you will be able to see your current and past bills, it will also show you your current payment method which you can update at any time, we recommend you pay by direct debit as this is the most convienient way to pay as the payment will be taken at the same time every month and will save you £2.50.

Also not just that receiving your bill online means we don't have to produce a paper bill and this means we can pass this cost saving onto yourself and save you £2.50 each month on your account.
 

Paper


You are welcome to receive your bill by paper, this offers piece of mind that a bill will land through your letter box each month however the downside to this is previous bills are not then stored on your online account. 

You also will not be able to save the £2.50 due to us needing to produce this bill every month to send to you.

We have other methods of receiving your bill which is the accessible forms, these are designed to help people who need assistance reading their bill these include:
