Do you know 'a local eero'?

We are eager to shine a light on the remarkable ‘eeros’ who selflessly go above and beyond to make a difference in our community.
There are local people who dedicate their time to enhancing the lives of others, and we believe they deserve recognition and an experience they will never forget.
KCOM Consumer Managing Director Neil Bartholomew said: “Our eero routers have been a fantastic success since we launched them last year, giving people the power to control their in-home broadband experience. To celebrate we want to find five local eeros who really deserve to be spoilt for a day with a fantastic match-day experience courtesy of Hull City.
“So if you have a local eero who makes life better for others every day and asks nothing in return, this is your chance to say a big thank you - and to do it in true Tigers style.”
Applications are now open to nominate your unsung local hero and will close on Monday, 31 March.
Five winners will be invited to our final home match of the season against Derby on Saturday, 26 April, and enjoy award-winning hospitality with a guest of their choice, hosted by KCOM.
Andrew Clark, Head of Commercial and Marketing at Hull City, said: “We all have our football heroes but there are many inspirational local people who deserve recognition for the difference they make every day.
“We are immensely proud of our community, and thanks to our partnership with KCOM, this is our chance to celebrate those, including members of our fanbase, whose selfless actions and daily acts of kindness enrich other people’s lives.
“We are excited to hear and share your stories to honour these true local ‘eeros’ to the fullest degree!”
Our inspirational fivesome will be presented to the MKM Stadium crowd and receive a special award pitch-side ahead of kick-off, courtesy of KCOM and eero, before watching the match from padded seats.
