How do I check my bills and manage my account?

You can check your bills and manage your account online by using My Account.

My Account is an online tool which allows you to:

  • View and pay your bills
  • Make changes to your account details
  • Keep a track on how much broadband data you're using
  • Change parental controls
  • Get your KCOM public Wi-Fi login details

It's really easy to register - Just visit here.

Using My Account

Here's a few important tips to help you use this service

  • You'll need Adobe Reader on the device you're using to view your bills
  • To register your My Account you'll need your bill account reference (you can find this on your bill), your home telephone number or internet username and you security password.
