How do I change my direct debit details?

You can change the Direct Debit on your account any time.

Setting up a direct debit

The easiest way to pay your account is by direct debit. Not only does this provide reassurance that your bill will be paid on time, you will also save £1 a month with our direct debit discount.

You can set up a direct debit easily by visiting My Account here.

Changing the date my direct debit is collected

Your direct debit is collected 10 working days after your bill date.

Below are the billing dates and their estimated collection date. Once you've decided which would suit you best, you can let us know by speaking to us on Live Chat, email us at question@kcom.com or by calling our Customer Services team on 01482 602555.

Changing my bank details

You can also change the bank account that your Direct Debit is collected from.
