How do I change my direct debit details?

You can change the Direct Debit on your account any time.
Setting up a direct debit
The easiest way to pay your account is by direct debit. Not only does this provide reassurance that your bill will be paid on time, you will also save £1 a month with our direct debit discount.You can set up a direct debit easily by visiting your Online Account, here.
Changing the date my direct debit is collected
Your direct debit is collected 10 working days after your bill date. If the payment has not been collected via direct debit on your agreed date, we will attempt to collect again 10 working days later.
Below are the billing dates and their estimated collection date. Once you've decided which would suit you best, you can let us know by visiting our contact us page.

Changing my bank details
You can also change the bank account that your Direct Debit is collected from.
