How do I call two people at once?

Written by KCOM Support on 22/03/2022. Posted in Phone.

Three Way Calling allows you to hold a conversation with people on two different numbers - one of them can even be on the other side of the world.

It's free to set up and simple to use however normal call charges apply for all calls made.

Setting up a Three Way Call

Ring one number, then setup the second call by doing the following:

  1. Key
to hold the first call, wait for the dial tone and then call the second person you wish to come into the conversation.
  2. When the second person answers, key
    and then
. All parties should now be connected.

Something to note

You cannot go into a Three Way Call from Call Waiting. If you receive the message 'recall is not allowed', simply press the R button again.
