If you have other devices or services connected to your existing  landline, like a smoke or security alarm, you’ll need to check whether the device or service will work over the new technology.

You can check by contacting the company who provided the device or service or by checking the manufacturer’s website. KCOM offers manufacturers the opportunity to test their services on our network to ensure they can provide you with the best possible service.
