I have tried to get fibre but it is not available where I live

We’re actively rolling out the fibre network to the few small areas of our network not yet connected to fibre. Please don't worry though, as your Copper telephone service will still work until the upgrade is available for you.

When we switch your landline over, we will also be able to have the discussion of your broadband package becoming a Full Fibre Package, which would include any available, exciting new customer offers.
