Connecting to the fibre network may mean your service will be down for a short time between 10pm – 6am, Monday to Friday, during the upgrade.

Upgrades will take place between 10pm and 6am, Monday to Friday, to minimise any disruption to customers during the day.

If you’re using your mobile phone for Wi-Fi calling at home and the connection goes down, don’t worry you’ll still be able to call the emergency services if needed. Your fibre internet connection won’t be affected during the switchover.

If you’re vulnerable or don’t already have a fibre connection to your house, our engineers will make sure everything is working as normal before they leave.

My adaptor doesn’t fit my Optical Network Terminal (ONT)?

A small number of our ONTs do not need an adaptor. If your adaptor doesn’t fit into the TEL1 socket, try plugging the cable from your phone directly into the ONT without the adaptor. If you are still having issues please contact us.
